Documentation for NYS Grants:

Trail work documentation is necessary for our funding. Below are three of the most likely used forms for our club. If you have the ability to print or use Excel you can save our Grant Filing Team hours of documentation at the end of the year. 

If you would like to print out a log and hand write the information into the form please use the PDF version below. This requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader but will print correctly on all printers. Do not worry about the totals section. 

If you have MS Excel and would like to take the time to input data using your PC, download and save the XLS version of the form, fill it out and email it to the treasurer. All Excel sheets have auto totaling formulas so the sheet will take care of itself.

If you need samples of how to fill out the form they can be found on the XLS versions. If you require another format of the sheet for your spreadsheet application email the Webmaster.
